Julia ia a middle agged independent single. A pharmacist by profession, she has made her way through life on her own from the day she left home. As women enter the work force, more women and men are choosing to remain single rather than to succomb to social pressures and enter what is often an ill-fated marriage. Julia lives by the philosophy that some of us aren’t meant for marriage while others are better off single than with the wrong spouse. She feels we should learn to feel comfortable with being single and that marriage is not essential for leading a full life.
